Starbucks Entertainment and StarbucksStore are examples of B2C e-commerce rather than Internet marketing, because these are new products and services that Starbucks can generate revenue from.

There have 6 categories for the corporate blogs : first taste, at home, at work, on the go, far out, recipes. Customers will post their comments or feedback on the blogs even is positive or negative. Sometime customers suggestion. The comment will be for marketing analytics. After that other customers also have a chance to vote agree or disagree. On the other hand, STARBUSKS have video on YouTube show the viewer and comment,too. The purpose is extend customer relationships.
For example: “I have to say VIA isn't EXACTLY the same as the brewed Starbucks coffee. I think it might actually be BETTER. I kid you not! I actually think VIA is smoother than the brewed version. Even though I like brewed Starbucks coffee, I liked VIA equally, but for different reasons. Thanks Starbucks!” Vote 256 agree 124 disgree.
